The food was good and our server, Tugce, was excellent!! She was very knowledgeable on the menu and provided great suggestions. She was also very kind and patient while we figured out our entrees. She made our experience welcoming. We got pasta and garlic bread, which were both excellent.

Tugce (our server) was amazing and all the food was delish! The pizza was amazing and the garlic bread was a seriously delicious surprise! Loved the oysters and shrimp cocktail as well! The Caesar salad was really, really good as well! Def recommend.

Our stay at the Fairmont in Austin, TX was incredible. The service, the facilities, the room, their lobby bar….. all top tier!!!! We were in town only for one night but we had breakfast the next morning at Revue and was served by Kelly who was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, attentive and one heck of a server! Thank you Fairmont and thank you Kelly for making our time in Austin more memorable!

The food and drinks are overpriced. You are charged full price for a coffee refill at breakfast. Mandatory resort fee. $50 per night parking. The IN room refrgerator is filled with overpriced hotel beverages. The guest cannot fit their own wine bottle in the refrigerator because of the weird size and non removable shelves. If you remove a hotel bottle/can to chill your own water, THE HOTEL CHARGES YOU FOR THE UNOPENED PRODUCT EVEN WHEN YOU PUT IT BACK IN WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.

I frequent Austin for work and pleasure - regardless of my reason - I always stay at the Fairmont. It is an exceptional hotel that pays attention to every last detail of your stay! Even when I am in town for work, the Fairmont feels like a vacation. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, the hotel is always clean and smells nice, and the rooms are spacious and full of natural light. I love having the coffee shop in the hotel and being walking distance from TONS of restaurants and bars!! Plus, the pool!! I have taken a few solo "self care" trips to Austin and the Fairmont pool and spa always get me right.
